Land of the free and home of the brave? yeahhh sure... what a big BS
NYC é uma cidade quase policial. Pontos positivos? é talvez a cidade mais segura do mundo actualmente, o que obviamente não deixa de sacrificar a permissa da privacidade em nome do bem publico da segurança...in NYC big brother is always watching you: há videovigilância em quase todas as esquinas.
Welcome to NYC: here is the list of things you can´t do...
You cannot carry a gun in NYC: New York State has arguably the strictest handgun licensing policies in the nation and NYCity is effectively a no issue jurisdiction for carry pistol licenses. No right to bear arms and thus no second ammendement in NYC. NYC infringes on the individual’s right to bear arms and goes against the US Constitution.
You cannot smoke in public places such as public parks and other places: the outdoor smoking ban started February 2011, if you want to light up cigarrete still, you´ll p'robably end up paying a fine of $50 to the city. Smoking is illegal in New York City's 1,700 parks and on the city's 14 miles of public beaches. Smoking is also prohibited in pedestrian plazas like Times Square. NYC is abridging our Constitutional rights to live our lives as we see fit. Guess who is always violating the law in NYC? Bloomberg go fuck yourself!! You don´t fucking tell me that I cannot smoke a cigarrete outside!!
Second hand smoke? really? what about car fumes issue at 100% in the City? why don´t you ban cars and buses that are spewing out fumes all day long??
You cannot buy large sodas in NYC. There is a recent super-sized sugary drink ban....since September 2012. "In 2008, New York became the first major urban area to require large restaurant chains to include calorie counts on menus" and now it has come to impose restrictions on soft drinks and sizes...
WTF? Yeah its the soda making everyone fat. I guess there is no way it could be all the pizza, fried chicken, potato chips and fast food. Only the soda making people fat.....yep, according to Bloomberg, fizzy drinks are the cause of problems for obesity...
This past monday, the Manhattan Supreme Court halted the ban, altough Bloomberg has said he will appeal it.
Last but not least there is talk about the next ban: headphones, because they are too loud...
Bloomberg is a fucking control freak Mayor and where is the freedom of choice for Newyorkers? NYC is an all fucked up nanny city!!! E ainda dizem mal de Newark...
